What is Tempera Powder ?

It is an economical and versatile colour medium.  This can be used directly with a wet brush or mixed with water to produce anything from a thin wash to a dense flat colour.  Seventeen spectacular non-toxic and environmentally friendly colours.)

NB. Powder Paint is NOT safe to use for Colour Runs-according to The World Health Organization the microns of a Colour Run Powder have to be greater than 10 - Powder Paint has smaller microns and an element of glue in the product. The small microns and glue of Powder Paint inhaled into the lungs can cause harm .
